Description

The Tekla Modeler is responsible for creating accurate 3D models and detailed drawings of structural steel / PEB components using Tekla Structures. The role ensures all models and drawings are aligned with design specifications, fabrication requirements, and site conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop 3D models for PEB / structural steel buildings in Tekla.Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings. Generate shop drawings, part drawings, and assembly drawings. Ensure modeling accuracy as per design calculations and client specifications. Coordinate with design engineers, project engineers, and fabrication teams. Create and manage connection details, bolt layouts, and weld details. Extract material quantities (BOQ / MTO) from the model. Revise models and drawings based on client or consultant comments.
Maintain proper drawing documentation and revision control. Support fabrication and site teams by resolving drawing-related queries.

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of Tekla Structures. Understanding of PEB / structural steel components and connections. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and design inputs.Knowledge of fabrication processes and erection sequence.
Attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.

Description

The Tekla Editor is responsible for reviewing, editing, and refining 3D models and drawings prepared in Tekla Structures. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and readiness for fabrication and erection.

Review Tekla models and drawings for accuracy and completeness. Edit and correct GA drawings, shop drawings, and erection drawings. Verify connections, bolt details, welds, and member sizes. Ensure compliance with design inputs, standards, and client requirements. Coordinate with modelers, designers, and project engineers to resolve discrepancies. Check for clashes, missing components, and detailing errors. Maintain revision control and update drawings based on comments. Validate material quantities (MTO/BOQ) extracted from the model. Ensure drawings are fabrication-friendly and error-free. Support fabrication and site teams with drawing clarifications.

Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Supervise site activities including structure erection, alignment, and cladding works. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications. Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution. Monitor material procurement, dispatch, and site availability. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges. The Project Manager – PEB is responsible for overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of pre-engineered building projects. The role involves managing design coordination, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site erection while ensuring timelines, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met.
Lead end-to-end execution of PEB projects from order to handover. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and fabrication teams. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget. Oversee site activities including structure erection, alignment, and cladding. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Manage client communication, meetings, and reporting. 8. Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions. The QA/QC Engineer – PEB is responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control across all stages of pre-engineered building projects, including design review, fabrication, and site erection. The role focuses on compliance with specifications, standards, and client requirements to deliver defect-free structures.
Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and checklists. Review drawings (GA, fabrication, erection) for quality compliance. Conduct inspections during fabrication (cutting, welding, drilling, painting). Ensure material quality by verifying mill test certificates (MTCs). Monitor welding activities, including WPS/PQR compliance and welder qualifications. Perform stage inspections and final inspections before dispatch. Conduct site inspections during erection, alignment, bolting, and cladding works. Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). The Sales Executive – PEB is responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for pre-engineered building projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, understanding project requirements, and working closely with technical teams to deliver competitive proposals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB / structural steel projects. Generate leads through site visits, references, consultants, and industrial networks. Meet clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions. Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposal preparation. Prepare proposal sketches/layouts using CAD based on client inputs. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers. Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and order finalization. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking. Support contract finalization and handover to project execution team.

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth workforce management and supports organizational growth.
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
