Experience 2-5 Years Description The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth workforce management and supports organizational growth Roles and Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Assist in training and development activities. Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status, etc.). Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning. Handle exit formalities (resignations, full & final settlements). Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/ERP systems.
