PEB
PEB
A PEB is a steel structure designed and fabricated using optimised components for faster and more economical construction. PEB systems consist of primary structural members (columns and rafters), secondary members (purlins, girts, bracings), and roof and wall sheeting — all engineered and manufactured in a factory before being transported to site for rapid erection.
PEB structures offer faster construction timelines (typically 30–50% faster than RCC), lower structural dead weight, cost efficiency through optimised material use, design flexibility, ease of future expansion, and superior quality control through factory-controlled fabrication.
Yes. PEB structures are designed with future expansion in mind. Additional bays, mezzanine floors, or building extensions can be incorporated when the original design accounts for them.

We fabricate a comprehensive range including built-up columns, tapered and straight rafters, tie beams, gantry girders, mezzanine beams, joist beams, strut pipes, bracings, purlins, girts, sag rods, base plates, end plates, connection cleats, and all associated structural accessories.
Yes. We provide detailed shop fabrication drawings and erection drawings as part of our scope.
Our quality control process includes dimensional inspection against approved drawings, welding inspection and procedure qualification per IS and AWS standards, material verification with certified MTCs, and pre-dispatch inspection — with third-party inspection available on request.
We use E350 grade steel as our default for fabrication works. Other grades are available based on structural design requirements and client specifications.

Yes. We support structural design and engineering requirements, including connection design, detailing, and fabrication drawing preparation.
We follow applicable Indian standards (IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893) and international standards (AISC, MBMA) as specified by the client or project requirements.
Yes. We can fabricate and execute projects entirely based on drawings approved by the client's structural consultant.

Yes. We undertake complete erection and installation of steel structures using trained erection personnel, appropriate equipment, and experienced on-site supervision.
Through trained and competent erection personnel, approved erection procedures, regular equipment inspections, site safety protocols, and dedicated supervisor oversight at every stage.
